Ugtest is operated by Haseeb Ahmad as a sole proprietor. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Haseeb Ahmad.

User Accounts

AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate explanations and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation
  • Specific uptime percentages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Pricing and Payment

Ugtest is currently provided free of charge during our launch period. We will transition to a paid subscription model with the following terms:

  • 6-month subscription: $20 USD per 6 months
  • One-time payment (no automatic renewal)
  • Subscription expires after 6 months
  • Manual renewal required to continue access

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase
  • A valid reason must be provided for the refund request
  • Refunds are processed through our customer support team

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days

  • No refunds after the 15-day window
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • Account access is revoked upon refund approval

Termination
